Privacy Policy

PG Hero is operated by GTM Hero Ltd, a company based in the United Kingdom. Our infrastructure is hosted in Western Europe (Google Cloud). This policy covers our marketing site, the PG Hero platform, and the personalised landing pages and gift boxes we produce for our customers.

What data we collect

  • Beta access requests - the name, work email, company, and role you submit on our marketing site. Used solely to talk to you about PG Hero. Never sold or shared.
  • Account data - your email and a unique identifier when you sign in. Used to authenticate you and associate your workspace, pages, and orders with your account.
  • Brand and campaign data - URLs you enter, files you upload, generated landing pages, and campaign configuration. Stored to run your campaigns and display your pages.
  • Recipient and shipping data - names, roles, and postal addresses you provide (or ask us to research) so we can produce and deliver gift boxes. Processed only to fulfil your orders and personalise your pages; you confirm you have a lawful basis to share these details (see our Terms).
  • Prospect research data - publicly available business information (company websites, firmographics, imagery, business contact context) gathered on your behalf to personalise pages and boxes for the targets you choose.
  • Page engagement data - views, QR scans, clicks, and technical metadata (IP address, user agent) on the landing pages we generate. Used to power the alerts and analytics you see in the platform.
  • Payment data - handled by Stripe. We never store card details.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. The platform uses only the cookies necessary for authentication. Our marketing site may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the page.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored within the European Economic Area (Google Cloud, Western Europe).

Recipients of our customers' outreach

If you received a PG Hero gift box or landing page, a PG Hero customer asked us to produce it for you. We process your business contact details and publicly available information about your company on that customer's instructions, to create and deliver the box and page. If you would like your details removed, contact us and we will action it promptly.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO. Contact us via gtmhero.co.uk/contact.
