Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PG Hero, operated by GTM Hero Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in the United Kingdom. By using this service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

PG Hero generates AI-personalised landing pages for your target accounts and coordinates physical outreach: curated merchandise boxes delivered to your chosen recipients, each linking back to a personalised page via a printed QR code. Access is provided per company under a monthly platform fee agreed at onboarding, with seats allocated to your team.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service to create content that infringes others' intellectual property or is defamatory
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or abuse the service
  • Resell or sublicense access without written permission

3. Billing

  • The platform fee is a monthly subscription agreed per company, paid in advance by card in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Subscriptions renew and are charged automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
  • Physical outreach is paid in advance using credits purchased for, or granted to, your company account. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Physical outreach (v2026-07)

These terms apply each time an order for physical merchandise is approved in the platform. The approving user confirms acceptance on behalf of their company.

  • Credits. The credit cost of an order (boxes × the agreed tier price) is deducted from your company balance at approval. Orders cancelled before fulfilment begins are refunded in credits; once fulfilment has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Box contents. Boxes contain the items described for the agreed tier. We may substitute individual items of equivalent quality and value where stock requires.
  • Addresses. You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient names and shipping addresses. Boxes returned or lost due to incorrect address details are not refunded.
  • Delivery. Dispatch and delivery estimates are best-effort and depend on carriers; they are not guaranteed dates.
  • Recipients. You confirm you have a lawful basis to send gifts to, and share the details of, each recipient, and that doing so complies with applicable anti-bribery rules and the recipient's own gift policies.

5. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

The PG Hero platform and branding are owned by GTM Hero Ltd. Generated landing pages are yours to use; we claim no ownership over the content you create.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTM Hero Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
