PG Hero / Reachdesk alternatives
Reachdesk alternatives for UK teams.
Reachdesk is built for gifting programmes across many countries, with fulfilment centres in five regions and attribution in Salesforce. If that's what you run, it's a strong choice. UK teams usually look elsewhere for one of three reasons, and each points to a different alternative.
We make PG Hero, one of the five below. Details of the others come from their own sites as of October 2026.
Why teams look elsewhere.
The starting price
Reachdesk's plans start at $20,000 a year for five users, before the cost of anything you send. For a team working a few dozen named accounts, that's a lot of platform for the number of gifts.
Only sending in the UK
Delivery to more than 180 countries is valuable if your buyers are everywhere. If they're all in the UK, you're paying for reach you won't use.
Wanting something other than a catalogue gift
A marketplace gift is chosen from a list. Some teams want a gift made for the person, or a page written for their company behind it.
Five alternatives.
PG Hero: for named UK accounts
Gifts with the person's own name on them, such as a Lego name plaque or an afternoon tea with a name-printed board, posted to one person at each of 20 to 500 named UK accounts. The QR code on each opens a landing page written for that company, and the AE is told when it's scanned. £50 a month for up to five users, plus gifts from £25 each, all in. UK only, and CSV and an API rather than a native Salesforce app. PG Hero vs Reachdesk.
Sendoso: for volume, mostly in the US
Reachdesk's closest like-for-like: a sending platform for gifts, eGifts, swag and direct mail across sales, marketing and customer teams, with native Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach and Salesloft integrations. It now also owns Postal and Alyce. Prices aren't published. PG Hero vs Sendoso.
&Open: for curated, ethically sourced gifts
A Dublin-based B Corp gifting platform for employees, customers and prospects, with a UK warehouse for smaller campaigns and Salesforce and HubSpot integrations. Prices aren't published. PG Hero vs &Open.
huggg: for free-to-use gifts sent as a link
A UK platform with no platform fee: you send a link and the recipient picks a gift and gives their address. It integrates with Slack and Teams, with no CRM integration listed, so it suits employee and client thank-yous more than outbound.
Go Swag: for branded merch packs
A Glasgow merch and gifting company holding stock in the UK, the Netherlands and the US, with claim pages and an API. Managed programmes start from 100 packs. Prices aren't published.
All ten UK options, side by side: B2B gifting platforms in the UK, compared.
