Questions

Also compared: B2B gifting and handwritten mail in the UK.

Are PG Hero's letters handwritten by a person?

No. The AE writes and approves the words, and a machine writes them out with a real pen in one of ten handwriting styles. It's real ink on card, not print. If you need every note written by a person, Inkpact's scribes do that.

What's the main difference between PG Hero and Inkpact?

Inkpact writes notes by hand at volume, mostly for retailers. PG Hero is for B2B prospecting: each letter or gift carries a QR code that opens a landing page written for that company, and the AE who owns the account is told when it's scanned.

Can I send one at a time?

Inkpact says it works with brands sending from 100 notes a month. PG Hero prices letters for small batches, down to a single thank-you after a call, and your CRM or sequencer can send one through the API when a prospect reaches a step.

Does PG Hero ship outside the UK?

Not yet. Every PG Hero letter and gift is posted within the UK.
