PG Hero / Guides / B2B gifting platforms in the UK
B2B gifting platforms in the UK, compared.
Ten services UK sales and marketing teams shortlist for gifting, merch and handwritten mail, compared on what matters when your buyers are in the UK: where the stock is, whether the price is published, the minimums, and which CRM it talks to.
We make one of them, PG Hero, so read our row with that in mind. Everything about the others comes from their own websites or the sources linked under the table, as of October 2026.
Four kinds of service.
Gifting platforms (Reachdesk, Sendoso, &Open, huggg) give reps a catalogue of gifts, eGifts and stored swag to send to anyone, usually on an annual subscription. They suit teams sending hundreds or thousands of gifts a quarter, often in several countries.
Merch and swag suppliers (Go Swag) make branded packs for events, new starters and customers, and store them for you.
Handwritten mail (Inkpact, Scribeless, RoboQuill, Sopro Letters) sends cards and letters, by people or by machines holding real pens, at a few pounds a piece or less. Most are built for volume: retail customers, postcard drops, or letters added to an email programme.
Named-account gifts (PG Hero) send one gift with the person's own name on it to each account on a short list, or a letter in small batches, such as a thank-you after a sales call, each with a QR code that opens a landing page written for that company.
Side by side.

What to check before you sign.
Where the stock is
A gift that leaves a UK warehouse for a UK address arrives in days. One that crosses a border can be held at customs or arrive with duty to pay. Ask whether the gifts you'll actually send are stocked in the UK, not just whether the platform ships here.
The whole price
Most gifting platforms charge an annual subscription and then the cost of each gift, postage and storage on top. Only some publish the subscription. Ask for the platform fee, the minimum contract term, and what a typical gift costs once it's delivered.
Minimums
Swag and handwriting services often have a minimum order or a monthly volume. That's fine for a programme, and wasteful for a list of 40 accounts.
Where the recipient lands
A gift is a reason to get in touch. Check what happens after it arrives: a claim page, a generic link, a page about their company, and whether the rep who owns the account is told.
The gift rules
Under the Bribery Act 2010, gifts and hospitality that are reasonable and proportionate are fine, and the Ministry of Justice's guidance says as much. Keep the value modest, record what you send, and check the recipient's own policy, especially in the public sector and financial services.
Questions
Looking to replace a platform? Reachdesk alternatives and Sendoso alternatives for UK teams.
What is the best B2B gifting platform in the UK?
It depends on what you send and to whom. For gifting programmes across several countries with Salesforce attribution, Reachdesk or Sendoso. For curated, ethically sourced gifts to employees and customers, &Open. For free-to-use gifts sent as a link, huggg. For branded merch packs, Go Swag. For a gift with the person's name on it and a page written for their company, sent to a short list of named UK accounts, PG Hero.
Which gifting platforms publish their prices?
Of the gifting platforms, Reachdesk publishes a starting price ($20,000 a year for five users) and PG Hero publishes its full price (£50 a month for up to five users, plus gifts from £25 each, all in). huggg's platform is free. Sendoso and &Open quote on request. Scribeless, RoboQuill and Sopro publish per-letter prices.
Is Reachdesk a UK company?
Reachdesk was founded in London in 2018 and its legal entity, Reachdesk Ltd, is registered in England. In 2026 it describes itself as headquartered in the US, with offices in the US, UK and EU, and it has a UK fulfilment centre.
Who owns Postal and Alyce?
Sendoso. It bought Alyce in February 2024 and Postal in May 2025, and both still run as products under the Sendoso name. In May 2026 it also bought Merch.co, a swag production network.
What's the best way to send handwritten letters to B2B prospects in the UK?
For volume, a handwriting service: Sopro Letters is £1.50 a letter as part of its email prospecting, Scribeless postcards start at £1.19 plus stamps, and RoboQuill letters start at £2.05 plus VAT and postage. For a few letters at a time, such as a thank-you after a discovery call or a note after a demo, PG Hero prices letters for small batches and single sends, and each one carries a QR code that opens a page written for that company and tells the AE when it's scanned.
Can I send corporate gifts to prospects under the Bribery Act?
Yes, if they're reasonable and proportionate. The Ministry of Justice's guidance to the Bribery Act 2010 says genuine, proportionate hospitality and promotional spending is a legitimate part of doing business. Keep the value modest, record what you send, and check the recipient's own gifts policy.
