PG Hero / Gifts / Handwritten letters

Handwritten letters for sales prospecting.

Your AE writes the words. We write them out on A5 card with a real pen, in one of ten handwriting styles, with your logo at the top and a QR code at the bottom that opens a page written for the prospect's company. Then we post it.

It's ink pressed into card, not a print of handwriting, so the line weight changes and no two come out quite the same.

A letter that leads somewhere.

A handwritten letter gets opened and read, which is more than most prospecting emails manage. The trouble with most letters is what happens next: a URL to type in, or a phone number nobody rings.

Ours has a QR code at the bottom. Scanning it opens a landing page written for their company: what you'd do for them, in their colours, with a button to book time with the AE. The AE who owns the account is told the moment it's scanned, and again when the page is read or shared with a colleague.

Send one on its own as the first step in a sequence, or put it in the box with a Lego name plaque or an afternoon tea.

Before a call, or after one.

Letters don't have to be a campaign. Most of ours go out a few at a time: a thank-you after a discovery call, a note after a demo with the next steps in it, a follow-up to someone the AE met at an event. We price them for small batches, down to a single letter, so an AE can send one the day after a good call.

For outbound, upload a list of accounts and we write a page for each, the AE approves their own page and letter, and we write, pack and post them. Or send one at a time from your CRM, your sequencer or Claude with a single API call, so a letter goes out the day a prospect reaches a step in a sequence. See integrations.

Questions

Compared with a handwriting service: PG Hero vs Inkpact.

Is each letter written by a person?

No. The AE writes the words and approves them, and a machine writes them out with a real pen in one of ten handwriting styles. It's real ink on card, not print, so each one comes out slightly different.

What size is the card?

A5, with your logo at the top and a QR code at the bottom.

Can the AE write the message themselves?

Yes. The words are the AE's own, and nothing is posted until they've approved it.

What does the QR code on the letter do?

It opens a landing page written for the prospect's company, and tells the AE who owns the account when it's scanned and when the page is read.

How much do handwritten letters cost?

Letters are priced separately from gifts, and for small batches as well as campaigns: a few after this week's calls, or a single letter after one. Tell us roughly how many you'll send a month and we'll quote. The platform is £50 a month for up to five users.

Can we send a thank-you letter after a sales call?

Yes, and it's one of the most common uses. The AE writes a few lines after the call, approves them, and we write it out in real ink and post it, one at a time if that's all you need. The QR code at the bottom can open a page with what you discussed and the next steps.

Do you post letters outside the UK?

Not yet. Every letter is posted within the UK.
