PG Hero / Sendoso alternatives

Sendoso alternatives for UK teams.

Sendoso is a US sending platform, based in Phoenix, that has grown by buying its rivals: Alyce in 2024, Postal in 2025 and Merch.co in 2026. It ships to more than 165 countries and connects to every major CRM and sequencer. Here's what UK teams look at instead, and when each one makes sense.

We make PG Hero, one of the five below. Details of the others come from their own sites as of October 2026.

Why teams look elsewhere.

An annual contract with an unpublished price

Sendoso doesn't publish its prices. Third-party estimates put entry plans at $15,000 to $25,000 a year, plus what you send, and the number of integrations you can use depends on the plan.

Fewer independent options

With Alyce and Postal now part of Sendoso, three of the best-known US platforms are one company, so comparing them is now comparing products from the same supplier.

A UK list

If every account you're working is in the UK, a platform built around US fulfilment and a global marketplace may be more than you need.

Five alternatives.

Reachdesk: the closest like-for-like

A gifting, swag and direct-mail platform founded in London, with a UK fulfilment centre, delivery to more than 180 countries, and Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach and Salesloft integrations. Unlike Sendoso, it publishes a starting price: $20,000 a year for five users. PG Hero vs Reachdesk.

PG Hero: for named UK accounts

Gifts with the person's own name on them, such as a Lego name plaque, an afternoon tea or a letter in real ink, posted to one person at each of 20 to 500 named UK accounts. The QR code on each opens a landing page written for that company, and the AE is told when it's scanned. £50 a month for up to five users, plus gifts from £25 each, all in. UK only. PG Hero vs Sendoso.

&Open: for curated, ethically sourced gifts

A Dublin-based B Corp gifting platform for employees, customers and prospects in several countries, with a UK warehouse for smaller campaigns and Salesforce and HubSpot integrations. Prices aren't published. PG Hero vs &Open.

huggg: for gifts with no platform fee

A UK platform where you send a link and the recipient picks a gift and gives their address. There's no platform fee. It integrates with Slack and Teams but lists no CRM integration, so it suits thank-yous more than outbound.

Go Swag: for branded merch

A Glasgow merch and gifting company with stock in the UK, the Netherlands and the US, claim pages and an API. Managed programmes start from 100 packs.

All ten UK options, side by side: B2B gifting platforms in the UK, compared.
